Our Rates

Libera Web Design charges $35/hour for design projects. Hourly rates are charged for web coding, graphic design, and correnspondence time. The initial conference and quote session is not included (meaning that it's free!). If you need some Flash elements on your website, the rate for Flash development is calculated separately at $55/hour instead of the normal $35/hour rate.

Payment is made in two installments - the initial deposit, which is $75, and the remaining balance, presented upon completion of the project. When the project is completed and the actual balance is communicated, the amount will be supplemented with an itemized time-chart that shows where and how the time was spent.
