About Libera Web Design

Libera Web Design was founded in Greensboro, NC, in June of 2008 by lead designer Matthew Libera, and is currently operated in Goodyear, AZ.

Matthew Libera holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from Ithaca College, and a Masters degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has been designing websites since 2000, including his own personal website, various web tools for use at his previous job with NOTION Music, Inc., and now professionally. He prefers hand-coding his websites using a combination of HTML, PHP, and Javascript, with the occasional bit of Flash.
